Many handouts are provided on a CD in your conference materials.

ILTA Signage - Directs you to events, helping you locate yourself and listing the sessions in the breakout rooms.

Special Assistance - ILTA Staff can assist with any special needs (physical, dietary). For assistance, please see an ILTA Staff member in the registration area or the ILTA Office (Dallas 1).

FOR NEW ATTENDEES
Please come to our New Attendee Reception at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday (location to be published in the Conference Program Guide). Get the inside scoop on places to go and things to do at conference. Afterwards, we'll go together to the Opening Reception.

BUSINESS SERVICES

Internet Kiosks - There are kiosks adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in Longhorn D in the conference center (location for breakfasts and lunches), as well as in various locations around the resort for that quick e-mail check. Limited printing is available from the kiosks in Longhorn D. We ask that you respect the lineup area and limit your access of these kiosks so everyone gets a chance to use them.

FreeConnect Wireless - The conference center is set up for wireless Internet access at NO CHARGE to conference attendees. Instructions are in your conference materials and are available at the Member Registration Desk. No printing is available.

Laptop Island– Located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in Longhorn D in the conference center - you can hardwire-connect your laptop to the Internet. No printing is available, and we ask that you limit your connection to allow others to use the service.

Business Center - The IKON Business Center in the conference center offers a wide variety of business services, including typing, photocopies, shipping and fax services. They can handle both small walk-up jobs and high-volume requests.

Wired for Business - Guest rooms all have high-speed Internet access and unlimited long-distance (within continental U.S.) included as part of the resort fee.

Guest Fax Numbers – 817.778.1001

RESORT SERVICES

Security and Safety - Please dial (0) with any questions or concerns (Medical emergencies or Security issues of ANY KIND). Security officers are on staff 24 hours and are trained to respond to all types of emergency situations. They are CPR- and First Aid-certified.

Gratuities/Tips – A housekeeping gratuity of $2 per day is added to the daily room charge. Other gratuities and tips for resort services are NOT automatically covered at this resort. Please show your appreciation for good service by tipping resort staff members. Suggested bellman gratuity is $10 per trip.  Please remember that gratuities are included with your meal/event ticket at ILTA events.

Lost and Found - The resort has a comprehensive lost and found department. You can approach any resort employee, and they can check on lost items for you.

MISCELLANEOUS

Resort Attire - Casual dress (slacks, shorts, sport shirts) are appropriate in all areas in the hotel at all times and for all events. Because meeting rooms always seem cold, you may want to dress in layers and bring a sweater or jacket. Tuesday evening's gala is our "big" social night, and you can enjoy it in casual wear or use this as a chance to dress up a little. Thursday evening's event provides an opportunity for some fun, so casual dress is definitely in order.

FOR PEOPLE STAYING OFFSITE

Everyone attending ILTA '08 can use the resort facilities at the reduced rates. Even those staying off property can swim in the pools and use the fitness facilities.

Credit cards are accepted at all resort facilities and restaurants.

Anyone needing to store clothing or materials can use the bell stand.

ILTA attendees will be able to use the shower facilities at the spa for a reduced rate of $10 a day.
