Breakfast – You are invited to the ILTA Bistro, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. in the Longhorn D – conference center ground level – where you will enjoy epicurean excursions that pair with our global journey in the form of hot and cold breakfast buffets. The breakfast tables will be arranged in sections identified as ILTA’s regions so that attendees have the opportunity to visit with their neighbors.  At breakfast, you can review The ILTA Globe, our daily newsletter, where we'll keep you posted on schedule changes and items of interest.

Lunch – The international food journey continues at lunchtime, Monday through Wednesday in the Longhorn D – conference center ground level – and Thursday in the Texas Ballroom – conference center Texas Ballroom level in conjunction with ILTA's annual meeting and volunteer recognition.

Breaks - There are hot and cold drinks and snacks available between sessions, on Monday in the pre-function areas on the Texas Ballroom level – and in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday through Thursday. The morning breaks are "themed" breaks and will provide a variety of munchies to satisfy your appetite.  Your conference badge is required.

Onsite Restaurants and Bars - There are a number of resort restaurants and bars with great food, reasonable prices and a wide range of hours of operation.  See the Resort Guide for details. Room Service is open 24 hours. Java Coast is also open for sandwiches, salads and coffee 24 hours.

Vegetarian or Kosher Meals - Special meals are available (and we don't mean, "Just eat the salad and veggies on the buffet!"). Please identify to the serving staff that you require a special meal, and they will provide one to you. If you have any difficulty, just find an ILTA staffer for assistance.

Low-carb options have been built into most meals and breaks.

Sunday: The Opening Reception is set for 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Lone Star Atrium area with light snacks.

Monday: The Exhibit Hall Opening Reception is set for 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall (Longhorn E & F) with light snacks.

Tuesday: Dinner and Evening Social - 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. in the Texas Ballroom in the conference center - full dinner

Wednesday: Evening on your own

Thursday: Dinner and Evening Social - 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. in the Texas Ballroom in the conference center - full dinner
