Sunday's opening reception, All Aboard! for ILTA '08, will give members and vendors a chance to enjoy connecting informally with ILTA friends as we hop on board the ILTA ’08 global adventure. Join ILTA's Officers and Conference Committee as they welcome members and vendors old and new to the conference. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and liquid refreshments in and around the Center Atrium Area.  There will be lively entertainment as well as the opportunity for quiet conversation and entertainment.

Monday evening has us racing off to ILTA's Vendor Grand Prix, where we'll enjoy the international race car-themed social event in and around our Exhibit Hall (Longhorn E & F). The area will be transformed into a road system and raceway starring our exhibitors and their products. Members will follow the road signs to visit exhibitors while enjoying the pit stops for food and drink.

On Tuesday evening, we make a stop on our global journey with our Asian Port of Call event. Enjoy a fabulous meal in the Texas Ballroom, and then choose between the many options for evening activities: casino, arcade games, poker, bingo, quiet networking time or dancing to our live band. And don't forget the concluding raffle for great prizes.

Wednesday evening provides you an opportunity to relax and enjoy the amenities of the property or keep the momentum going at one of the many vendor parties.  There is no planned social event for the evening.

To close out the conference, we head back home to Café Americana, for a comforting diner experience in the Texas Ballroom on Thursday night. Following dinner, we enjoy some lively entertainment, and we'll conclude the evening with dancing, hosted by a DJ, and quiet networking for people who want to visit with friends.
