Sunday's opening reception, ILTA’s Grand Ole Reception, will give members and vendors a chance to enjoy connecting informally with ILTA friends. Join ILTA's Officers and Conference Committee as they welcome members and vendors old and new to the conference. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and liquid refreshments in the Delta Ballroom Foyer and Outside Patio.  There will be lively entertainment as well as the opportunity for quiet conversation and entertainment.

Monday’s Vendor Reception, ILTA’s Music Hall of Fame will be in Exhibit Hall C2.  The hall will be transformed into a Music “Hall” of Fame for our exhibitors and their products. Members will stroll from one music scene to the next and make stops at exhibitor booths while enjoying local food and drink.

On Tuesday evening, we take a break midway through the educational program for ILTA’s County Fair.  Enjoy almost all of the fun, entertainment and food you find at the best County Fair.  There will be lots of opportunities for those quiet networking conversations as well as lots of games and dancing to our live band. And don’t forget the concluding raffle for great prizes.

Wednesday evening provides you an opportunity to relax and enjoy the amenities of the property or keep the momentum going at one of the many vendor networking events.  There is no planned ILTA event for the evening.

To close out the conference on Thursday evening, we will participate in the first annual ILTA’s Distinguished Peer Awards Dinner in the Music City.  Following dinner, we have entertainment and will conclude the evening with dancing, hosted by a DJ, and quiet networking for people who want to visit with old friends or new.
