We have contracted with two overflow properties that are VERY CLOSE TO THE TEXAN, and we will be offering free, quick and regular shuttles to both. Directly across the street from the entrance to the Gaylord Texan is the Great Wolf Lodge, a family entertainment resort which is perfect for anyone bringing their family with them to the conference. It opened in December, 2007, and it has a large indoor water park and family suites.

Our other overflow property is just two miles down the street at the Hilton DFW Lakes. This is an executive conference hotel and will be suited to anyone traveling alone or with colleagues.
