Check-In and Materials:

Exhibitors and Consultants can pick up name badges at the Vendor Registration Desk located outside of Ryman B3 Exhibit Hall. Vendor registration opens (no setup) on Sunday from Noon - 8:00 p.m., so badges can be picked up for the Opening Reception that evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

The Exhibit Hall (Ryman B3&B4 Exhibit Halls) will be open for booth setup between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday. GES will be onsite to assist with setup.

Teardown is on Thursday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.

NAME BADGES are required at ALL ILTA SESSIONS, THE EXHIBIT HALL and ALL NETWORKING EVENTS during the general conference, which begins officially on Sunday evening.

ILTA 2011 Vendor Meeting and Reception:
Join us on Monday from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. for our annual vendor meetings and reception. Peggy Wechsler, Program Director and Vendor Liaison of ILTA, will discuss conference activities and update you on current ILTA news. We will also present the report from the annual ILTA Member Technology Purchasing Survey. The business meeting will be followed by a vendor educational program in conjunction with InsideLegal.

Private Vendor Networking Events:
Wednesday night is available for private vendor networking events. If you wish to have a private event at any time during the conference, please contact Peggy Wechsler to discuss dates and event space availability.

Official Service Contractor:
GES Exposition Services is the official service contractor for the exhibit hall. Information on obtaining forms for ordering auxiliary services will be forwarded to you 45 days prior to show time by GES (800.475.2098).

Equipment Rental / Phone Service / Internet Access:
Information will be included in the exhibitor service kit furnished by GES.

See Networking Events for details of our social events. Exhibitors and consultants are welcome to join in the fun and network with attendees.

Fun in the Sun:

Policy Regarding Minors at Conference Events and Venues: 
It is our policy that no minors are allowed in any conference event or venue that is provided by ILTA: the exhibit area(s) and/or product demonstration venues, meals, social events, receptions and educational sessions.

Miscellaneous:

Exhibitors and consultants are welcome to attend all EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS, with the following caveats: (1) while we don't restrict attendance at sessions, we do ask that you allow our member registrants priority in seating. Many of them register for conference based on the content of these sessions; and (2) speakers have the right to request that no vendors be in the room during their presentation. In past years, we have seen this happen when vendors showed pre-released software, etc.

Purchased MEAL TICKETS are included in your company's registration packet and are color coded for the daily meals and social events. YOU MUST PRESENT A TICKET TO BE SERVED. Gratuities are included. The tickets are good ONLY at the ILTA sponsored event printed on the front of the ticket. TICKETS ARE NOT redeemable for food or drink purchases on property outside of the event. If you need to purchase additional meal tickets you can purchase them at the ILTA Vendor Registration Desk. ILTA accepts most major credit cards, checks and cash.

THE ILTA GLOBE, our conference newsletter, will be available at breakfast each morning of conference. It will contain any schedule changes, ILTA news and announcements. Additionally, this information will be provided via Twitter and the ILTA 2011 Mobile App.

A SECURITY GUARD will patrol the Exhibit Hall from Monday at 9:00 a.m. to Thursday at 6:00 p.m. You must have your badge to be in the Exhibit Hall.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL SESSION ROOMS AND EXHIBIT AREAS AT ALL TIMES. We also ask that you turn off (or set to vibrate) cell phones and other noise-making devices during all sessions.

DRESS CODE: Jackets, ties and dresses are definitely NOT on the agenda. Prepare for a great networking experience in a casual atmosphere. If you plan to dine at the hotel's restaurants outside of ILTA activities, please inquire with the hotel as to proper attire in their facilities. Be comfortable!

ILTA OFFICERS, CONFERENCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND SPEAKERS can be identified by colored ribbons on their badges. Please contact those individuals if you need assistance during conference.
